Refund Policy

Buy making a purchase on https://www.jasrati.com/ and other sister domain, you agree to these terms.


The products that authors sell on the platform are digital goods and cannot be “returned”, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.

 

Unless there is a technical defect with your purchased file, please understand that we are unable to guarantee a refund because we provide you with immediate access to download your purchase.

 

Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should

If an item doesn’t work the way it should then the author is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.

 

This, however, is highly unlikely, as we manually review each and every item uploaded to the marketplace with strict quality guidelines. Also, due to the nature of our products, what you see in the preview is what you get in your download, so it is extremely unlikely that there would ever be a difference between the two


If the products aren’t functioning, producing errors or you haven’t received access to them at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, please get in touch with our support team at https://www.jasrati.com/support immediately.

 

If we are unable to provide you a working solution within 3 business days, simply delete all digital files and license keys you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your refund processed within 14 days or early. That’s a firm promise and commitment.


Although we are very liberal with our refund policy It is important to understand that we don’t offer no question ask refund policy. We will refund you only if we fail to deliver you the promised product or we fail to rectify the issue that you face with the product. We can also refund you if there are other genuine reasons.


Please note that your Jasrati account will be deactivated and all access to our site will be removed if your refund request has been processed.
If you, the user, have downloaded more then three products (stock footage, video elements, motion backgrounds etc) from Jasrati membership library you will be ineligible for a refund.


Our membership library is cloud based is fully preview-able before becoming a member.


Please make sure you are interested in the service we are offering before becoming one of our customers.


Invalid reasons for refund:


Neither Jasrati nor authors are obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below:

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
  • The item did not meet your expectations
  • You simply changed your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You cannot open or use the specific file format of the product on your machine due to a lack of codecs, software or any other situation (the file format of each product is clearly stated on each product page)
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund, but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund

 

After 30 Days


We usually do not offer refunds after the first 30 days. If it is an unprecedented scenario we may, for example if the product stops working within it’s first year.
